Unispace Boston Studio

Designed to reintroduce Unispace to Boston, this studio brings together strategy, architecture, and construction into a cohesive, high-performance workplace and living showcase. The design prioritizes flexibility and user experience, supporting diverse workstyles through a balanced mix of focused, collaborative, and social spaces. Inspired by Boston’s architectural heritage, the space blends local character with global brand standards through materiality, detailing, and art. Delivered on a tight timeline and budget, the project maintained integrity by using Unispace's design-build methodology. With wellness, acoustics, and best practice policies at its core, the project earned a 2-Star Fitwel certification and stands as one of the firm’s most successful offices to date.
