Lake County Administration Center
Completed in September 2019, the new Lake County Administration Center centralizes all operations into one cohesive complex that covers 111,394 square feet – 78,760 of which is new construction. Joining the old with the new, the five-story building was constructed adjacent to the existing five-story, 1920s era Nolan Bank Building. A large centralized connector joins the two buildings with a grand lobby space that welcomes visitors. The facility houses the consolidated administrative functions of Lake County and includes open and private offices, public meeting / hearing space, storage, public atrium, public transaction spaces, and service support spaces.

A new Point of Vieu:
This was my first project I saw fully develop from paper to brick & mortar. I worked alongside a Designer and multiple Architects, and had a great experience being mentored through all the project phases. Since this completed, it has kicked off an amazing revitalization of Painesville Square and the Painesville community as a whole.
